摘要
文中主要探究了炼油污泥油含量直接测量的方法,对比研究了油泥几种不同的前处理方法,得出使用无机化学试剂使污油泥脱水分离,四氯乙烯溶解,红外分光光度法测定油泥中含油量的试验方法。解决了长期以来通过测定油泥中含水和含泥沙杂质含量,间接计算油泥含油量、测定过程繁杂、结果不准确等问题,验证了1种更加准确、方便的炼油污泥油含量检测的新方法。
This paper mainly explored thedirect determination method of oil content in refining sludge,compared and studied several different sludgepretreatment methods,obtained the trial method of dewatering and separating the sludge with inorganic chemical reagent,dissolving the tetrachloroethylene,and determining the oil content in the sludge by infrared spectrophotometry,solved the problems of complicated process and inaccurate result in the determination of the oil content in the sludge by measuring the content of water and sediment and indirectly calculating the oil content in the sludge,and verifiedthe accuracy and convenience of this new method.
