基于CIM的广州智慧琶洲综合应用示范探索

BThe Comprehensive Application Demonstration of Intelligent Pazhou Based on CIM in Guangzhou

城市信息模型(CIM),是BIM、GIS和物联网的有机结合,CIM平台作为重要数字基础设施,助力打造数字孪生城市,有效赋能智慧城市建设。本文从广州CIM的发展切入,介绍了广州市住建部门着力打造的覆盖“规设建管运”全生命周期的智慧琶洲综合应用示范。重点阐述了CIM平台及相关技术在城市治理全周期的智慧化应用,分析了CIM平台在推进城市规划、建设、管理等方面智能化和现代化的重要性,期待为其他城市探索建设CIM平台提供参考和借鉴。

City Information Modeling(CIM)is an organic combination of BIM,GIS and the Internet of Things.The CIM platform is an important foundation for the construction of smart cities and digital twin cities.Starting from the development of CIM in Guangzhou,this paper introduces the comprehensive application demonstration of intelligent Pazhou that Guangzhou housing urban and rural construction sector strives to build.The comprehensive application demonstration covers the whole life cycle of"Planning,designing,building,managing,operating",and focuses on the intelligent application of CIM platform and related technologies in the whole cycle of urban governance.The importance of CIM platform in promoting the intelligent and modern aspects of urban planning,construction and management is analyzed.It is expected that this paper can provide reference for other cities to explore the construction of CIM platform.
