本文主要研究如何结合广州实际,充分利用广州数字化城市管理平台等现有信息化基础设施和建设成果,对标城市运行管理服务平台(简称:城市运管服平台)的建设指南和标准规范,依托穗智管城市运行管理中枢(简称:“穗智管”)构建国内一流、国际领先的“穗智管”城市运管服平台,发挥数字化智慧化智能化赋能城市治理体系和治理能力建设优势,为广州城市运行管理服务早日实现“一网统管、全城统管”提供参考借鉴。

This paper mainly studies how to combine the actual situation of Guangzhou,make full use of the existing information infrastructure and construction achievements such as Guangzhou digital city management platform,standard the urban operation management service platform construction guidelines and standard system issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development,and build a domestic first-class and international leading urban transport service platform relying on the"Suizhi Management"urban operation management center.Give full play to the construction of digital,intelligent and intelligent urban governance system,and provide reference for Guangzhou's urban operation and management services to achieve"one-network management and whole-city management".
