摘要 工地管理是建筑工程建设管理的重点内容,主要包括在施工过程中的施工人员、施工质量、施工安全,文明施工等方面的管理。智慧工地使用各种信息化的先进技术手段,围绕施工工地的人员、各种机械设备,使用的材料,方法,施工环境等工地现场关键要素,可以实时进行信息采集和线上互动、工作协同,同时可进行智能化决策分析、风险预警控制等功能的数字化智能管理模式。从政府监管的角度,研究基于CIM平台对智慧工地的架构体系和应用场景,对提升房屋建筑工程施工管理信息化水平,规范智慧工地建设、应用,促进建筑业高质量发展具有重要的意义。 Site management is the focus of construction management,mainly including site personnel management,quality management,safety management,civilized construction management and so on.Smart construction site refers to the digital construction management mode that comprehensively adopts all kinds of information technology and focuses on key elements of construction site such as personnel,machinery and equipment,materials,methods and environment,and has functions such as real-time information collection,interoperability and sharing,work collaboration,intelligent decision analysis and risk pre-control.From the perspective of government supervision,it is of great significance to study the architecture system and application scenario of smart construction site based on CIM platform to improve the informatization level of construction management of housing construction engineering,standardize the construction and application of smart construction site,and promote the high-quality development of the construction industry.
