摘要
本文首先对传统建筑工程施工管理模式中存在的问题进行了探讨,接着从概念、特点以及施工管理流程等方面,详细介绍了BIM5D技术。随后,文中设计了基于BIM5D技术的智慧工地系统的功能框架,并深入阐述了该系统在安全、进度、成本、质量、智辅决策、多方协同等方面的具体应用。通过将BIM5D技术与智慧工地系统相融合,为建筑工程施工管理提供了新的视角,推动了整个建筑工程行业向更高效、智能的方向发展。
This article first delves into the problems existing in traditional construction management models,and then introduces BIM5D technology in detail from the aspects of concepts,characteristics,and construction management processes.Subsequently,the functional framework of a smart construction site system based on BIM5D technology was designed in the article,and its specific applications in safety,schedule,cost,quality,intelligent decision-making,and multi-party collaboration were elaborated in depth.By integrating BIM5D technology with smart construction site systems,a new perspective has been provided for construction management,driving the entire construction industry towards a more efficient and intelligent direction.
