With the innovative development of financial technology,the profound changes have been brought to financial markets and services.The inherent and related risks also bring great challenges to the current regulation system of financial supervision.The inherent logic of strengthening the legal governance of financial science and technology is the financial security and the modernization of financial governance.To realize financial technology supervision through legislation is an inevitable measure and strong guarantee to promote financial technology reform,development and stability.The legislation of financial technology supervision calls for the establishment of two principles:Upholding the Party’s leadership of financial technology supervision and balancing the dual interests of development and security,through perfecting the supervision system,innovating the supervision idea and optimizing the supervision mode,we can we realize the transformation of the financial science and technology supervision idea and the upgrading of the supervision mode.
