摘要
对桑叶提取物在季铵盐改性棉织物上的染色性能进行研究。研究了上染方式(直接染色、媒染染色)以及染色工艺条件(浴比、染料质量浓度、染色时间、染色温度、媒染剂种类等)对改性棉织物染色性能的影响。通过测定染色织物的表观色深(K/S值)、颜色特征值(Lab值)和耐干、湿摩擦色牢度,得出桑叶提取物对改性棉织物上染的优化工艺。结果表明:桑叶提取物对改性棉织物的优化染色方法是直接染色法,当染料质量浓度为15 g/L、染色温度为80℃、染色时间为30 min时,染色织物的K/S值为8.17,耐干、湿摩擦色牢度分别为4~5级以及2~3级。
The dyeing performance of mulberry leaf extract on quaternary ammonium cation modified cot-ton fabric was studied.The influences of dyeing method(direct dyeing,mordant dyeing)and dyeing process(bath ratio,dye mass concentration,dyeing time,dyeing temperature,mordant type,etc.)on dyeing perfor-mance of modified cotton fabrics were studied.By measuring the apparent color depth(K/S value),color char-acteristic value(Lab value)and color fastness to dry and wet friction of dyed fabrics,the optimal dyeing pro-cess of mulberry leaf extract on modified cotton fabrics was obtained.The results showed that the optimal dyeing method for modified cotton fabric using mulberry leaf extract was direct dyeing.When the dye mass concentration was 15 g/L and dyeing at 80℃for 30 min,the K/S value of dyed fabric was 8.17,and the color fastness to dry and wet friction was 4-5 and 2-3 level,respectively.
