摘要 为了研究低温空气等离子体在涤棉一浴法短流程染色生产中的应用,探讨等离子体作用时间、作用间距和放电电压对涤棉织物K/S值的影响。结果表明:等离子处理的优化工艺为作用时间5 min,作用间距2.5 mm,放电电压20 kV。经等离子处理后涤棉织物分散染料可以节省约27%,色牢度优于普通一浴法。 In order to study the application of low temperature air plasma in the production of polyester-cotton one-bath short-process dyeing,the effects of plasma treatment time,action interval and discharge voltage on the K/S value of polyester-cotton fabric were discussed.The results showed that the optimal pro-cess of plasma treatment was action time 5 min,action interval 2.5 mm,discharge voltage 20 kV.After plas-ma treatment,the disperse dyes of polyester-cotton fabric could be saved by about 27%,and the color fast-ness was better than that of the ordinary one-bath method.
