With the in-depth application of the Internet of Things and artificial intelligence in the logistics industry,the total profit of the logistics industry is rapidly increasing,and the corresponding costs are also increasing.However,the efficiency of the logistics industry is still relatively low.The advancement of the logistics industry towards informatization has promoted the development of the smart logistics industry with big data and artificial intelligence as its core.The demand for logistics talents in the smart logistics industry is different from that of traditional logistics industries,requiring relevant talents to be composite talents and R&D talents with technical skills.Therefore,it is crucial to cultivate the talents needed by the smart logistics industry to promote its rapid development.Schools and enterprises need to work together to promote the integrated development of industry,education,and research,innovate the teaching staff,and establish a long-term school enterprise cooperation mechanism.
