孕酮和脂联素受体3及波形蛋白在胆囊癌组织中的表达及临床意义

Expression of PAQR3 and vimentin in gallbladder carcinoma tissue and their pathological and clinical significance

摘要 目的 研究孕酮和脂联素受体3(Progesterone and adipo Q receptor family member 3,PAQR3)及波形蛋白(Vimentin)在胆囊癌(Gallbladder carcinoma,GBC)中的表达及其临床意义。方法 应用免疫组化方法对77例患者的GBC组织及23例癌旁组织中PAQR3和Vimentin进行检测。结果 PAQR3在GBC组织中的阳性表达率为48.1%,低于癌旁组织的78.3%(P=0.011);PAQR3阳性表达率与肿瘤TNM分期、病理分级和淋巴结转移有关(P均<0.05);与PAQR3阴性表达的患者相比,阳性表达患者的生存时间较长,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。Vimentin在GBC组织中的阳性表达率为59.7%,高于癌旁组织的13.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。Vimentin阳性表达率与肿瘤TNM分期、病理分级和淋巴结转移有关(P均<0.05);与Vimentin阴性表达的患者相比,阳性表达患者的总生存时间较短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论 GBC组织中PAQR3呈低表达,而Vimentin呈高表达,二者可能成为GBC诊断和预后评价指标。 Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of progesterone and adipo Q receptor family member 3(PAQR3)and vimentin in gallbladder carcinoma(GBC).Methods The expression of PAQR3 and vimentin were detected using immunohistochemical methods in 77 cases of GBC tissues and paracancerous tissues.Results The positive rate of PAQR3 in gallbladder carcinoma was 48.1%,significantly lower than that in paracancerous tissues(P=0.011).The positive rate of PAQR3 was connection with tumor TNM staging,pathological grading,and lymph node metastasis(all P<0.05).In addition,compared to patients with negative expression of PAQR3,patients with positive expression of PAQR3 had a longer survival time(P<0.001).The positive rate of vimentin in GBC tissue was 59.7%,higher than that in paracancerous tissue(P<0.001).The positive rate of vimentin was connection with TNM stage,pathological grade and lymph node metastasis(all P<0.05).In addition,the total survival time of patients with positive expression of vimentin was shorter than that of patients with negative expression of vimentin(P<0.001).Conclusion PAQR3 is low expressed in GBC tissue,while vimentin is highly expressied.PAQR3 and vimentin may become the diagnostic and prognostic indicators for GBC.
