全人类共同价值国际传播:战略意义、现实问题与优化路径

摘要 全人类共同价值立足世界百年未有之大变局,指向世界人民共同的美好生活追求,是促进不同国家民族文化交融的价值纽带和应对全球性挑战的价值呼唤,其国际影响力和感召力日益扩大。推进全人类共同价值的国际传播,对反制西方“普世价值”、塑造中国国际形象、凝聚世界价值共识具有重要的战略意义。但与此同时,全人类共同价值国际传播也面临着“西强我弱”的话语权格局羁绊、理论阐释和媒介传播力不足、受众研究和话语表达欠缺等现实问题。为此,需在加强理论研究、完善体系建构、丰富平台载体、拓展传播空间、创新叙事表达、增强国际认同等方面综合施策,以全面提升全人类共同价值的国际传播实效。 Based on the unprecedented changes in the world,common values of all humanities are to the common pursuit of a better life for the people of the world,and a value bond that promotes the integration of ethnic cultures in different countries and calls to address global challenges,whose international influence and appeal are expanding day by day.Promoting the international dissemination of common values of all humanity is of great strategic significance in countering the"Universal Value"of the West,shaping China's international image and building a consensus on world values.However,the international dissemination of common values of all humanities also faces such practical problems as the constraints of the international discourse power pattern dominated by the west,insufficient theoretical elaboration and media dissemination,and a lack of audience research and discourse expression.Therefore,comprehensive measures need to be taken to strengthen theoretical research,improve system construction,enrich platform carriers,expand communication space,innovate narrative expression,and enhance international identity,so as to comprehensively enhance the international communication effectiveness of common values of all humanities.
