新时代生态文明建设背景下对环境法调整对象的思考

Reflections on the Object of Environmental Law Adjustment under the Background of Ecological Civilization Construction in the New Era

习近平总书记以党的十八大为起点,提出了生态文明理念,十九大更是对生态文明建设做了理论的创新。在生态实践观基础上,如何正确处理人与自然的关系、维护良好的生态环境、化解生态危机与风险,具体到法律层面,则需深入理解和认识环境法的调整对象,认识环境法上的权利的种类和内容,从而更好地服务生态文明建设实践。

President Xi Jinping,taking the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China as the starting point,put forward the Concept of Ecological Civilization,and the 19th National Congress made some theoretical innovations in the construction of ecological civilization.Based on ecological practice view,how to correctly deal with the relationship between man and nature,maintain a sound ecological environment,and resolve ecological crisis and risks,specifically in the legal level,we need to deeply understand the adjustment object of environmental law,know the types and contents of rights in Environmental Law,so as to better serve the practice of ecological civilization construction.
