摘要
目前,由于部分思政课教师对知识理论、知识方法和知识技术等层面上的理解仍存在着符号化以及形而上学的认识问题,加剧了思政课“教”与“学”之间的矛盾。对此,思政课教师亟需调整知识观以探索新时代思政课高质量发展的逻辑。首先,思政课教师要在课堂实践中加速个人知识的出场;其次,思政课教师要在思政课学习共同体中实现知识的公共化;最后,高校要优化思政课师资培训和教学管理机制以保障知识观更新。
At present,the contradiction between"teaching"and"learning"in Ideological&Political Course is aggravated by the fact that some Ideological&Political Course teachers still have symbolic,imbalanced and metaphysical understanding of knowledge theories,knowledge methods and knowledge technologies.In this regard,Ideological&Political Course teachers need to adjust their concept of knowledge to explore the logic of high-quality development of Ideological&Political Course in the new era.Firstly,Ideological&Political Course teachers should accelerate the emergence of personal knowledge in classroom practice;secondly,realize the publicity of knowledge in the learning community of Ideological&Political Course;and lastly,colleges and universities should optimize the training and teaching management mechanism to ensure the updating of knowledge concept.
