辅助曝气对异位发酵床处理笼养蛋鸭粪污效果研究

Effect of Auxiliary Aeration on Treatment of Caged Egg Duck Fecal Sewage by Ectopic Fermentation Bed

为研究辅助曝气对异位发酵床处理笼养蛋鸭粪污效果的影响,试验选择江西南昌县某规模笼养蛋鸭场,采用自主研发的辅助曝气异位发酵床与传统异位发酵床对鸭粪污进行对比处理。结果显示:辅助曝气垫料有效发酵(垫料均温高于35℃)时间达103d,均温50℃以上天数达55d,整个处理期较未曝气发酵床垫料日均温高出11.79℃,有效发酵时间长34d,均温50℃以上时间长46d;粪污处理后垫料中有机质(OM)、总氮(TN)、总磷(TP)、有效磷(AP)、钾(K)等养分含量分别为49.60%、2.18%、1.87%、1.45%、2.36%,相关限量元素含量符合有机肥料相关标准要求。研究表明辅助曝气对异位发酵床处理笼养蛋鸭粪污较传统异位发酵床能起到延长垫料发酵时间、有效降低垫料成本、提高粪污处理效率、提升发酵床处理能力的作用。

To study the effect of auxiliary aeration on treatment of caged duck fecal sewage by ectopic fermentation bed,a scale caged duck farm in Nanchang county,Jiangxi province was selected for the test site,and a self-developed auxiliary aerated ectopic fermentation bed and a traditional ectopic fermentation bed were used to compare the treatment of duck fecal sewage.The results showed that the effective fermentation time(mean temperature over 35℃)were 103 days,and the average temperature over 50℃lasted for 55 days.Compared to the non-aeration fermentation bedding,the daily mean temperature of the assistant aer-ation fermentation bedding was 11.79℃higher,and the effective fermentation time was extended by 34 days,the time of average temperature over 50℃was extended by 46 days during the whole treatment period.After treatment,the contents of organic matter(OM),total nitrogen(TN),total phosphorus(TP),available phosphorus(AP)and potassium(K)in the bedding were 49.60%,2.18%,1.87%,1.45%and 2.36%,respectively.The contents of the relevant limited elements were in accordance with the relevant standards of organic fertilizers.The results indicated that auxiliary aeration could prolong the fermentation time of bedding materi-al,reduce the cost of bedding material,improve the efficiency of manure treatment and enhance the capacity of fermentation bed.
