大型无隔板镁电解槽砌筑工艺及砌筑质量对镁电解槽运行影响

摘要 电解槽是镁电解生产过程中的核心设备,电解槽内衬砌筑质量对电解槽运行寿命至关重要,每一种耐火砖和耐火材料的质量都有着严格的指标要求。在砌筑过程中,每一层内衬都有不同的砌筑要求,未避免电解槽砌筑质量出现重大问题,必须严格把控每个砌筑细节,这就对砌筑工艺、砌筑材料、砌筑人员技术、质量检测技术等方面是个挑战。本文主要介绍了大型无隔板电解槽砌筑的重点过程和技术要求。 The electrolytic cell is the core equipment in the magnesium electrolysis production process,and the quality of the lining construction of the electrolytic cell is crucial for the operating life of the cell.The quality of each type of refractory brick and refractory material has strict indicator requirements.During the masonry process,each layer of inner lining has different masonry requirements.To avoid major issues with the quality of electrolytic cell masonry,it is necessary to strictly control each masonry detail,which poses a challenge to the masonry process,masonry materials,masonry personnel skills,quality inspection techniques,and other aspects.This article mainly introduces the key process and technical requirements for the construction of large non partition electrolytic cells.
