蒸汽干燥系统中间颗粒物料处理创新及应用

摘要 本文通过对新建蒸汽干燥系统试生产后,对蒸汽干燥系统筛分的颗粒物料二次破碎进行技术改造,前期进行了调查分析,通过对直线振动筛和回旋筛筛上物处理方式的改进,解决了蒸汽干燥系统产生的颗粒物料不落地的目的,改造后对系统的环保、经济和社会效益等方面进行了分析。 After the trial production of the newly-built steam drying system of the flash furnace,the technical transformation of the secondary crushing of the granular materials screened by the steam drying system was carried out.The investigation and analysis were carried out in the early stage.Through the improvement of the treatment method of the materials on the linear vibrating screen and the rotary screen,the purpose of not landing the granular materials produced by the steam drying system was solved.After the transformation,the environmental protection,economic and social benefits of the system were analyzed.
