摘要
2020年通过采用先进的MVR蒸发技术,降低了蒸汽使用,采用清洁能源电能,大幅度降低生产运行成本,提高真空蒸发效率,为后续电解液脱杂创造更好的条件,取消原有真空蒸发冷却循环水系统,减少补充水量,生产智能化。本文从几个角度提供压缩机喘振以及其他问题的优化解决方案,可供同行参考、探讨。
By adopting advanced MVR evaporation technology in 2020,the use of steam is reduced,the use of clean energy power is adopted,the production and operation costs are greatly reduced,and the vacuum evaporation efficiency is improved,in order to create better conditions for the follow-up electrolyte impurity removal,cancel the original vacuum evaporative cooling circulating water system,reduce the amount of supplementary water,intelligent production.This paper provides solutions to compressor surge and other problems from several angles for reference and discussion.
