摘要
某氧化铝厂的煤气站建成时未设置煤气脱硫系统,采购低硫煤生产能满足当时的环保要求。随着日趋严格的环保要求和居高不下的低硫煤价格,拟新建脱硫系统,以使H2S及烟尘的排放达到相关标准.本文首先介绍了原有系统的流程和相关参数,接着通过对目前存在的脱硫方式进行分析说明,确定了本工程推荐使用的脱硫工艺路线为:湿式氧化法脱硫,以纯碱为脱硫剂,以“GX型催化剂(PDS)”为催化剂。文章接着介绍了该工艺的技术优势和脱硫原理,并通过对湿式氧化法脱硫技术存在的常见问题的分析,确定了本工程的技术路线:“空塔喷淋脱硫”和“超重力法脱硫”串联的二级脱硫技术。最后通过实际运行效果进行综合评价,本项目达到了以较小投入实现很好的环境效益与社会效益的改造目的。
When the gas station of an alumina plant was completed,no gas desulfurization system was installed.The production of low sulfur co al could meet the environmental protection requirements at that time.With the strict requirement of environmental protection and the high price of low sulfur coal,it is proposed to build a new desulphurization system to make the emission of HS and soot meet the relevant standards.This paper introduces the flowsheet and relevant parameters of the original system,and then analyzes the existing desulphurization methods.The recommended desulfurization process route for the Project is determined as follows:Wet oxidation desulfurization,using soda ash as desulfurizer and"GX catalyst(PDS)"as catalyst.The paper then introduces the technical advantages of the process and the desulfurization principle,and determines the technical route of the project through the division of the common problems existing in the wet oxidation desulfurization technology:Two-stage desulphurization technology of"empty tower spray desulphurization"and"supergravity desulphurization"in series.Finally,through the comprehensive evaluation of the actual operation effect,the project achieves the purpose of realizing good environmental and social benefits with a small investment.
