摘要
采用化学注浆的方法对采矿工作面或巷道松软破碎围岩进行加固,对透水岩层进行注浆堵水等是提高矿井生产效率和安全性的行之有效的方法,ZZQ系列注浆装置成功应用于矿井下工作面或巷道破碎岩层注浆加固、透水岩层注浆堵水工程中,提高了注浆效率和注浆效果,为矿井高效生产提供了可靠的技术手段。由于矿用注浆装置采用压缩空气为动力源,利用气缸和注浆缸具有较大的作用面积比,从而以较小的气压便可以使缸体产生较高的注浆压力。所以要保证高分子材料的注浆效果,就必须保证注浆装置工作时的注浆压力,要保证注浆装置注浆压力稳定,就要保证气源有足够的压力和供气量。
