医疗设备网络安全管理模式的改进研究

Improvement and research on the network security management model of medical equipment

公立医院高质量发展和智慧医院建设对医疗设备数据的共享与互通提出了明确要求,医疗设备网络安全风险也伴随而至。本研究针对医疗设备采购、使用、运维等环节中存在的问题及原因进行了分析与研究,通过构建医疗设备网络安全管理体系、全流程监管医疗设备采购和运维、建立网络安全员管理制度、信息中心设置网络安全专员、建立全院运维数据监管平台等方法全面改进医疗设备的网络安全管理模式。

The high-quality development of public hospitals and the construction of smart hospitals have put forward clear requirements for the sharing and interoperability of medical equipment data,and the cybersecurity risks of medical equipment come along with them.In this paper,the problems and causes in the procurement,use,operation and maintenance of medical equipment were analyzed and studied.By building the medical equipment network security management system,enabling the whole-process supervision of medical equipment procurement,operation and maintenance,establishing the management system of network security staff,designating network security specialists in the information center,and establishing the supervision platform for the operation and maintenance data of the hospital,the management mode of medical equipment network security is comprehensively improved.
