基于ISO15189技术要求的临床手术病理标本送检信息系统的设计与应用

Design and application of an information system for clinical surgery and pathological specimen submission based on ISO15189 technical requirements

通过CNAS-ISO15189认可是大型三级甲等医院病理科发展和建设的重要目标,标本的质量是病理诊断的全流程质控以及提升工作效率的根本,而作为病理科诊断流程第一步的手术室病理标本送检是保证标本质量的关键。通过分析传统手术室病理标本送检的流程,梳理存在的问题,结合ISO15189对手术室病理标本送检过程的要求,设计并实现了基于ISO15189技术要求的临床手术送检信息系统,很好地解决了以传统手工为主的病理标本送检流程产生的各种问题,减少了手术室医护人员的工作量,提高了手术病理标本送检过程中各环节的效率和质量。

Getting approved by CNAS-ISO15189 accreditation is an important goal for the development and construction of pathology departments in large Grade-A tertiary hospitals.The quality of specimens is the basis for the quality control of the whole process of pathological diagnosis and the improvement of work efficiency.As the first step in the diagnostic process of Pathology Department,the submission of specimens for examination in the operating room is the key to ensure the quality of specimens.By analyzing the process of submitting pathological specimens in the traditional operating room,sorting out the existing problems,and following the requirements of ISO15189 for pathological specimen submission process in the operating room,a clinical surgical submission information system based on ISO15189 technical requirements was designed and implemented,which can solve all kinds of problems of the traditional manual pathological specimen submitting and examination process,reduce the workload of medical staff in the operating room,and improve the efficiency and quality of each procedure in the process of submitting and examining the surgical pathology specimens.
