目的:通过管理模式和运行方式的转变,提高医院信息管理水平。方法:通过政策解读、分析医院信息管理现状与存在的问题,提出提高医院信息管理水平的对策。结果:医院通过统筹信息管理、各部门分工协作、建立信息安全防护体系、开展信息管理成效评价等措施,运用PDCA循环改进的理念,可持续提升医院信息管理水平。结论:高质量的信息管理可以促进医疗服务能力和医院运行效率不断提高,进而达到质量、效率和效益的有机统一,推动医院数字化转型及高质量发展。

Objective To promote hospital information management level through the transformation of management mode and operation mode.Methods Policy interpretations,current situation,and problems analysis were conducted to propose solutions for the hospital's information management improvement.Results The hospital continuously improves the level of its information management by taking steps such as information management overall planning,division and cooperation among departments,information security protection system establishment,information management effectiveness evaluation,etc.,while the concept of the PDCA cycle is applied.Conclusion High-quality information management can continuously promote health service capability and hospital operation efficiency,so as to achieve the organic unity of quality,efficiency,and promote digital transformation and development quality of hospitals.
