摘要
技术创新是高技术产业保证“高技术”特征的关键,对高技术产业保持产业韧性和实现高质量发展起到至关重要的作用。基于2009—2020年中国30个省级行政区的面板数据,在产业升级和产业集聚的视角下,通过有调节的中介效应模型实证研究了技术创新对高技术产业韧性的影响及作用机制。结果表明:技术创新对高技术产业韧性有着显著的正向促进作用;技术创新可以通过促进产业升级和提升产业集聚水平这两条途径对高技术产业韧性产生正向影响,其中产业升级产生的中介效应强于产业集聚所产生的中介效应;对外开放水平能够正向调节技术创新对高技术产业韧性影响,同时能够正向调节产业升级和产业集聚在技术创新与高技术产业韧性的中介效应的前半段路径。
Technological innovation is the key to ensuring the“high-tech”characteristics of high-tech industries,and also plays a crucial role in achieving high-quality development and maintaining industrial resilience in high-tech industries.Based on panel data from 30 provinces in China from 2009 to 2020,this study empirically investigates the impact and mechanism of technological innovation on the resilience of high-tech industries from the perspective of industrial upgrading and agglomeration level,using a regulatory mediation effect model.The results show that:The level of technological innovation has a significant positive promoting effect on the resilience of high-tech industry.Technological innovation can have an impact on the resilience of high-tech industries through promoting industrial upgrading and improving the level of industrial agglomeration,among which the intermediary effect of industrial upgrading is stronger than that of industrial agglomeration.The level of opening up can positively adjust the impact of technological innovation on the resilience of high-tech industries,and at the same time positively regulate the first half of the intermediary effect of industrial upgrading and industrial agglomeration.
