环锭纺纱技术解析及理想纱线结构构筑

摘要 为了提升环锭纺成纱品质,探讨理想型纱线结构的构筑。通过分析对比多种环锭纺纱新技术的特点与成纱品质,分析纺纱三角区中纤维运动规律,指出在纺纱三角区加装控制装置,改善纤维的内外转移运动,以实现高品质环锭纱的纺制。构筑了纱线表层紧密集聚结构、内部纤维充分内外转移的理想型高品质纱线结构,提出了热致分层集聚调控纤维成纱的纺纱方法,并进行了纺纱和织造试验对比。结果表明:热致分层集聚调控纺纱与传统环锭纺纱相比,成纱毛羽减少,强力提升;与负压气流式集聚纺纱织制的棉织物相比,热致分层集聚调控纺纱织制的棉织物抗起毛起球、耐磨性、顶破强力均有改善,纺纱能耗降低。认为:热致分层集聚调控纺纱方法为生产短纤维高品质纱线和织物提供了新思路,该技术还需要不断完善,提高可靠性和稳定性,扩大应用范围。 In order to improve the ring spinning yarn quality,the construction of an ideal yarn structure was discussed.By analyzing and comparing the characteristics and yarn quality of various novel ring spinning technologies and analyzing the fiber movement rule in the spinning triangle zone,a control device was installed in the spinning triangle zone to improve the internal and external fiber transfer movement in order to realize the spinning of highquality ring yarn.The ideal structure of high quality yarn with tightly compacted surface layer and sufficient internal and external fiber transfer was constructed,and the spinning method of regulating fiber formation by thermally layered agglomeration was proposed and compared with spinning and weaving tests.The results demonstrated that thermally layered agglomeration-controlled spinning yarns had reduced hairiness and increased tenacity compared with traditional ring spinning yarns.In addition,thermally layered agglomeration-controlled spinning cotton fabrics had improved pilling resistance,anti-friction and bursting strength and decreased power consumption compared with negative pressure airflow,condensed spinning cotton fabrics.It is considered that thermally layered agglomerationcontrolled spinning method has provided a new thought to produce staple yarn and fabric with high quality.The technology still needs continuous improvement to have better reliability&stability and enlarge application scope.
