注入剖面测井技术在油田窜漏井中的应用

摘要 油田开发生产后期,油井套管形变损坏、管外窜槽逐渐增多,导致油井含水率上升,采油速度下降。脉冲中子氧活化和示踪流量组合测井等技术能够及时准确地查找漏窜点和出水层位,依据测试资料采取有效封堵措施,提高油田采油速度。通过对注入剖面资料深入分析与综合解释,总结出注水井异常低压主要由高渗透层引起的层间矛盾以及井下管柱工具出现异常造成的,梳理出油套管漏失、封隔器失效、辨别大孔道、管外窜槽四大窜漏井类型,并提出了相应的监测流程与优选方案。某区块利用脉冲中子氧活化、示踪流量组合测井等注入剖面测井资料共进行查漏找窜28口井,查找出各类问题井18口,开展措施有效率100%。该技术为油田套损检测及措施方案的制定提供了依据。 In the later stages of oilfield development and production,deformation and damage to oil well casings,along with the gradual increase in external channels,result in an increase in water content and a decrease in oil production rates.Technologies such as pulsed neutron oxygen activation and tracer flow combined logging can accurately and promptly identify leak points and water-producing intervals,and then,based on the testing data,effective sealing measures can be implemented to enhance oilfield production rates.In-depth analysis and comprehensive interpretation of injection profile data reveal that abnormally low pressures in injection wells are primarily caused by interlayer contradictions resulting from highly permeable layers and abnormalities in downhole tools.Four major types of leakage wells were identified:oil casing leakage,packer failure,large channels,and external channels.Corresponding monitoring procedures and optimal solutions were proposed.In some block,28 wells were investigated for leakage by using injection profile logging data,including pulsed neutron oxygen activation and tracer flow combined logging,18 wells were identified with issues,and the effectiveness of measures was 100%.This technology provides a basis for casing damage detection in oilfields and the formulation of measure plans.
