摘要
采用微波辅助低共熔溶剂法对亚麻籽饼粕多糖进行提取工艺的优化研究,同时选择美白和降血糖试验对其生物学活性进行评价。结果表明:亚麻籽饼粕多糖的最佳提取工艺条件为:氯化胆碱-二甲基亚砜摩尔比2∶1、氯化胆碱-二甲基亚砜含水量20%、微波功率400 W、提取温度55℃、提取时间10 min,料液比1∶20 g/mL,在此条件下亚麻籽饼粕多糖提取率为(12.41±0.26)%。亚麻籽饼粕多糖具有较强的抑制酪氨酸酶、α-葡萄糖苷酶及α-淀粉酶活性,其EC_(50)值分别为2.89、0.93、2.12 mg/mL,表明亚麻籽饼粕多糖具有一定的美白和降血糖能力。亚麻籽饼粕多糖具有较强的生物学活性,可以作为一种食品或化妆品功能性添加剂。
The extraction technology of polysaccharide from flaxseed meal was studied by microwave-assisted deep eutectic solvents method,and whitening and hypoglycemic tests were selected to evaluate its biological activity.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions of flaxseed meal polysaccharide was choline chloride-dimethyl sulfoxide molar ratio of 2∶1,choline chloride-dimethyl sulfoxide water content of 20%,microwave power of 400 W,extraction temperature of 55℃,extraction time of 10 min,and material liquid ratio of 1∶20 g/mL.Under these conditions,the extraction rate of flaxseed meal polysaccharide was(12.41±0.26)%.Flaxseed meal polysaccharide had strong inhibitory effect on tyrosinase,α-glucosidase andα-amylase activity.The EC_(50) values of its activity were 2.89,0.93 and 2.12 mg/mL,respectively.The results showed that flaxseed meal polysaccharide had certain whitening and hypoglycemic effects.Flaxseed meal polysaccharide had strong bioactivity and could be used as a functional additive in food or cosmetics.
