Biological Functions of Atractylodes lancea Extract and Its Application Prospect in Livestock and Poultry Production

苍术属菊科草本植物,是我国传统的中草药,常被用于除湿、止呕、健脾和解热。苍术提取物中含有多种活性物质,具有抗炎、抗氧化、抗病毒、缓解热应激、保护胃肠道和调节免疫等多种重要功能,在绿色养殖中受到广泛关注。本文综述了苍术提取物的生理功能,并展望其在畜禽生产中的应用前景,以期为苍术提取物在畜禽生产中的合理应用提供参考。

Atractylodes lancea,is a herbaceous plant in the Compositae,and a traditional Chinese herbal medicine,commonly used for dehumidification,anti-emesis,spleen strengthening,and antipyretic effects.Atractylodes lancea extract contains many active substances,and has important functions such as anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,antiviral,relieving heat stress,protecting the gastrointestinal tract,improving performance,and regulating immunity.It has received widespread attention in green aquaculture.This article reviewed the physiological functions of Atractylodes lancea extract and looked forward to its application prospects in livestock and poultry production,in order to provide references for the rational application of Atractylodes lancea extract in livestock and poultry production.
