补饲复合麦苗鸡肉冻干对猫血液指标、毛发排出及肠道健康的影响

摘要 本试验旨在研究补饲复合麦苗鸡肉冻干对猫血液指标、毛发排出以及肠道健康的影响。试验选取20只健康成年临清狮猫,随机分成2组,每组10个重复,每个重复1只。对照组每天饲喂100 g基础饲粮,试验组每天饲喂90 g基础饲粮+10 g复合麦苗鸡肉冻干。预试期4 d,正试期28 d。结果表明:1)试验组基础饲粮平均日采食量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。补饲复合麦苗鸡肉冻干对猫其他采食性能无显著影响(P>0.05)。2)与对照组相比,试验组的血液单核细胞百分比、血小板数目以及血小板压积显著提高(P<0.05)。3)与对照组相比,试验组的粪便氨态氮浓度显著降低(P<0.05),粪便毛发含量评分显著提高(P<0.05),第7天、第14天、第21天、第28天粪便毛发排出占比均显著提高(P<0.05)。4)与对照组相比,试验组的粪便梭杆菌门丰相对度显著提高(P<0.05)。巨型球菌属、拟普雷沃氏菌属、氨基酸球菌属、阿克曼氏菌属、梭杆菌属、栖粪杆菌属、Lachnoclostridium、拟杆菌属、毛螺菌属在试验组粪便中富集,普雷沃氏菌属9、大肠杆菌-埃希志贺菌属、瘤胃球菌属gnavus组、分枝杆菌属、霍德曼氏菌属在对照组粪便中富集。综上所述,复合麦苗鸡肉冻干促进了猫对毛发的排出,这对于预防和减少毛球堆积问题具有重要意义;此外,复合麦苗鸡肉冻干还提高了猫血液单核细胞百分比和血小板数目,降低了粪便氨态氮浓度,并对粪便微生物结构产生了积极影响,增加了有益菌群相对丰度,减少了有害菌群相对丰度。 This experiment was conducted to study the effects of freeze drying of composite barley seedlings and chicken supplementation on blood indexes,hair excretion and intestinal health of cats.Twenty healthy adult Linqing-lion cats were randomly divided into 2 groups with 10 replicates in each group and 1 cat in each replicate.Cats in the control group were fed 100 g basal diet per day,and cats in the test group were fed 90 g basal diet+10 g freeze drying of composite barley seedlings and chicken per day.The pre-experimental period lasted for 4 days,and the experimental period lasted for 28 days.The results showed as follows:1)the average dietary feed intake of basal diet of the test group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The freeze drying of composite barley seedlings and chicken supplementation had no significant effect on other feeding performance of cats(P>0.05).2)Compared with the control group,the blood monocyte percentage,platelet number and platelet crit of the test group were significantly increased(P<0.05).3)Compared with the control group,the fecal ammonia nitrogen concentration of the test group was significantly decreased(P<0.05),the score of hair content in feces was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the proportion of hair excretion in feces on day 7,day 14,day 21 and day 28 was significantly increased(P<0.05).4)Compared with the control group,the fecal Fusobacteriota relative abundance of the test group was significantly increased(P<0.05).The Megasphaera,Alloprevotella,Acidaminococcus,Akkermansia,Fusobacterium,Faecalibaterium,Lachnoclostridium,Bacteriodes and Lachnospira were enriched in the feces of test group,while the Prevotella_9,Escherichia-Shigella,Ruminococcus_gnavus_group,Negativibacillus and Holdemanella were enriched in the feces of control group.In conclusion,the freeze drying of composite barley seedlings and chicken promotes the hair excretion of cats,which has great significance for preventing and reducing the accumulation of hair balls.In addition,the freeze drying of composite barley seedlings and chicken also increases the blood monocyte percentage and platelet number,reduces the fecal ammonia nitrogen concentration,and has a positive impact on the fecal microbial structure of cats,which increases the relative abundance of beneficial bacteria and reduce the relative abundance of harmful bacteria.
