摘要
激光清洗技术在医学外科清创、微电子工业清洗、文物艺术品清洗保护、模具清洗以及超精密光学清洗等领域的应用都取得了很好的效果,应用范围广泛。激光清洗织物是利用水对特定波长激光的高吸收特性,形成水光动能来破坏污染物和织物之间的作用力,从而达到清洗目的。概述了激光清洗技术的发展现状,分析并展望了激光清洗技术的发展趋势。
Laser cleaning technology has achieved good application results in medical surgical debridement,microelectronics industry cleaning,cultural relics and art cleaning and protection,mold cleaning and ultra-precision optical cleaning.Laser cleaning of fabrics uses the high absorption of water to a specific wavelength of laser,forming hydro-photodynamic energy to destroy the interaction between pollutants and fabrics for cleaning purposes.In this paper,the current status of laser cleaning technology is summarized,and the development trend of laser cleaning technology is analyzed and prospected.
