摘要
气生微藻可用于产生广泛的代谢物,被认为是一种有价值、可再生的原材料。然而,关于气生微藻生长影响因素的研究较少,且暴露于空气中的气生微藻直接受到光照变化影响。基于此,通过改变光照强度和光照时长对气生微藻的生物量和叶绿素含量进行测定,分析气生微藻对光照的反应。实验表明,随着光照强度的增加,气生微藻的生物量也增加,在10000 lux时,生物量达到3.38 g/L。叶绿素含量在10000 lux时含量高于其他实验组,第7天达到64.73 mg/L。光照时长增加,气生微藻的生物量也随之增加,但是在24 h连续光照时,其生物量受到光抑制,生物量的增加低于16 h光照时。同时,在16 h光照时,叶绿素含量达到了64.73 mg/L,高于其他实验组。结果表明,气生微藻对光照强度具有较高耐受性,在光强增加到10000 lux时,仍未出现抑制现象。16 h光照时长下,气生微藻叶绿素含量高于其他实验组,同时生物量在16 h光照时也高于其他实验组。说明气生微藻的叶绿素含量的增加促进了生物量的增加。
Aerial microalgae have gained significant attention as valuable and renewable feedstock for the production of a wide range of metabolites.However,there is limited research on the growth factors affecting aerial microalgae,particularly their response to variations in light conditions.In this study,we investigated the effects of changing light intensity and duration on the biomass and chlorophyll content of aerial microalgae to analyze their light response.The experiment revealed that with increasing light intensity,the biomass of aerial microalgae also increased,reaching 3.38 g/L at 10000 lux.The chlorophyll content was highest at 10000 lux compared to other experimental groups,reaching 64.73 mg/L on the 7th day.Additionally,increasing the light duration also led to an increase in the biomass of aerial microalgae.However,under 24 hours of continuous light,the biomass growth was suppressed compared to 16 hours of light exposure.Meanwhile,at 16 hours of light exposure,the chlorophyll content reached 64.73 mg/L,higher than other experimental groups.These results demonstrated that aerial microalgae exhibit high tolerance to light intensity,as no inhibitory effects were observed even at an increased intensity of 10000 lux.Furthermore,the chlorophyll content of aerial microalgae was found to promote biomass increase,as both chlorophyll content and biomass were higher in the 16-hour light duration group compared to other experimental groups.
