摘要 干旱是马铃薯生产的主要限制因子之一。本试验利用15%PEG-8000培养基模拟干旱胁迫,测定18份马铃薯组培苗材料的各项生长指标变化。通过测定根干重、根鲜重、茎干重、茎鲜重、株高和根长这6项生长指标,计算抗旱系数,并利用主成分分析法和隶属函数法对18份马铃薯组培苗材料进行抗旱性综合评价。结果表明,根鲜重、根干重、茎干重和根长的抗旱系数可作为马铃薯组培苗抗旱性的主要评价指标。BFL10、BFL12、BFL13、BFL17这4份马铃薯组培苗材料属耐旱性较强材料;BFL1、BFL2、BFL3、BFL4、BFL5、BFL6、BFL8、BFL18这8份马铃薯组培苗材料综合评价值较低,属于抗旱性较弱材料;BFL7、BFL9、BFL11、BFL14、BFL15、BFL16这6份马铃薯组培苗材料的抗旱性介于中间。 Drought is one of the main limiting factors for potato production.This experiment used 15%PEG-8000 culture medium to simulate drought stress and measured the changes in various growth indicators of 18 potato tissue culture seedling materials.By measuring 6 growth indicators(root dry weight,root fresh weight,stem dry weight,stem fresh weight,plant height and root length),the drought resistance coefficient was calculated.The drought resistance of 18 potato tissue culture seedling materials was comprehensively evaluated by using principal component analysis and membership function methods.The results showed that the drought resistance coefficients of root fresh weight,root dry weight,stem dry weight and root length could be used as the main evaluation indicators for the drought resistance of potato tissue culture seedlings.BFL10,BFL12,BFL13 and BFL17 potato tissue culture seedling materials had strong drought resistance;the comprehensive evaluation values of BFL1,BFL2,BFL3,BFL4,BFL5,BFL6,BFL8 and BFL18 potato tissue culture seedling materials were relatively low,indicating weak drought resistance;the drought resistances of 6 potato tissue culture seedling materials(BFL7,BFL9,BFL11,BFL14,BFL15 and BFL16)were in the middle.
