生物技术是快速发展的高科技之一,我国对生物技术专业人才的需求不断增加,人才培养模式也需要革新和探索。免疫学课程是生物技术专业的重要课程。本文对生物技术专业免疫学课程进行混合式高阶特色教学的探索,包括调整课程目标、改革教学模式、充实教学内容、完善线上教学资源、优化成绩评定方案等,使整个教学过程以学生为核心,注重培养学生的高阶思维和综合应用能力,将专业知识与能力有机地融为一体,从而有利于实现学生自主学习和实践能力提升的培养目标。

Biotechnology is one of the rapidly developing high technologies,and the demand for biotechnology professionals in China is constantly increasing.The talent cultivation model also needs to be innovated and explored.Immunology course is an important course for biotechnology specialty.This paper explored the blended higher order characteristic teaching of immunology course for biotechnology specialty,including adjusting course objectives,reforming teaching models,enriching teaching content,improving online teaching resources,optimizing performance evaluation plans,etc.The entire teaching process was student-centered and focused on cultivating students'higher order thinking and comprehensive application abilities,integrated professional knowledge and abilities organically,which was conducive to achieving the cultivation goals of students'autonomous learning and practical ability improvement.
