潍坊科技学院新农科人才“UGRE”培养模式的构建与实践

Construction and Practice of"UGRE"Training Model for New Agricultural Talents at Weifang University of Science and Technology

潍坊科技学院坚持以应用型人才培养为根本办学宗旨,遵循学科发展规律和人才成长规律,积极创新、丰富农业农村现代化“寿光模式”新内涵,探索出多学科交叉、学研创融合、科产教一体、校地企联动的应用型本科高校新农科人才“UGRE”培养模式,解决了应用型本科高校人才培养、学科建设、社会服务、科学研究等方面存在的问题,以期为其他高校提供参考。

Weifang University of Science and Technology adhered to the fundamental educational purpose of cultivating application-oriented talents,followed the laws of disciplinary development and talent growth,actively inno-vated and enriched the new connotation of the"Shouguang model"of agricultural and rural modernization,and explored the"UGRE"training model for new agricultural talents in application-oriented undergraduate universities,which inclu-ded interdisciplinary intersection,integration of learning,research and innovation,integration of science,industry and education,and linkage between universities,enterprises and region,solved the problems in talent cultivation,subject construction,social services,scientific research,and other aspects of application-oriented undergraduate universities,in order to provide references for other universities.
