摘要
随着我国天然气的对外依存度持续增加,页岩气的高效开发对中国的经济发展、减少碳排放、能源结构调整和能源安全具有重要意义,其中钻井工程是页岩气开发的重要组成部分。为了给页岩气安全高效开发提供技术支持,进一步完善页岩气钻井工程标准体系,本文总结了目前的页岩气与页岩气钻井工程标准体系建设的进程,综合考虑页岩气开发的特点和现场工区的实际情况,针对目前已发布的钻井工程相关的页岩气钻井工程标准进行了适应性评价,分析了页岩气钻井工程标准体系进一步的需求,并对已发布的页岩气钻井标准体系给出了建议。目前页岩气钻井工程的相关标准尚存在一些问题,先进技术不断在现场应用与普及,建议根据工区实际情况和页岩气钻井的技术要求进行适当修订。
As China’s dependence on imported natural gas continues to increase,the efficient development of shale gas is of great significance to China’s economic development,carbon emission reduction,energy structure adjustment and energy security,of which drilling engineering is an important part of shale gas development.In order to provide technical support for the safe and efficient development of shale gas,and further improve the shale gas drilling engineering standards system,this paper summarizes the current construction process of engineering standards system for shale gas and shale gas drilling,considers the characteristics of shale gas development and the actual situation of the working area,and evaluates the adaptability of the currently published standards for shale gas drilling engineering.It also analyzes the further needs of the shale gas drilling engineering,and provides suggestions for the published standards system of shale gas drilling engineering.At present,there are still some problems in the standards on shale gas drilling engineering,while the technologies are being applied and promoted in the field.The paper suggests making appropriate revisions according to the actual situation in the field and the technical requirements of shale gas drilling.
