An Exploratory Research on Standardized Practice of Party Building in Innovative Research Institutions

党支部是党的基础组织,是党组织开展工作的基本单元,将标准化的理念嵌入党建工作中,有利于规范党建工作程序、推动党建工作创新、巩固党建工作成效、提升党建工作水平。本文就如何利用标准化原理推进创新型研究机构党建工作进行了探讨,围绕队伍管理、制度管理、阵地管理和经费管理四个方面阐述了党建标准化的重要性,分析了创新型研究机构当前党建工作要求和存在的问题,并结合实际案例提出党建标准化工作建议。

The party branch is the basic organisation of the party and the basic unit for the party organisation to carry out its work.Embedding the concept of standardisation into party-building is conducive to standardising procedures of party-building,promoting the innovation of party building,consolidating the effectiveness of party building,and enhancing the level of party building.This paper discusses how to use the principle of standardization to promote the Party building of innovative research institutions.This paper discusses how to use the principle of standardization to promote the Party building in innovation-oriented research institutions,and expounds the importance of standardization of Party building in four aspects:team management,system management,position management and fund management.The paper analyzes the current requirements and problems of Party building in innovation-oriented research institutions,and gives some suggestions for standardization of Party building based on practical cases.
