本文在综述直线电机的原理、分类和目前国内相关标准现状后,提出了针对永磁同步直线电机的检测系统。在分析此类电机的特点后,给出了系统的参数和指标。利用光栅尺、力传感器、热电偶、工控机和上位机软件构建了检测系统。本文详细描述了系统的搭建方案、硬件设备、软件功能。本系统可以实现电压、电流、功率、推力、定位精度、温升等参数的测量,同时可以实现信号的采集、数据处理、数据判断,最终检测完成后打印出具检测报告。系统的研究为检测机构对永磁同步直线电机的检测和相关标准的制定提供了有力支撑。

After summarizing the principle,classification and current situation of domestic standards on linear motors,the paper puts forward a test system for permanent magnet synchronous linear motors.By analyzing the characteristics of this kind of motor,the paper gives the parameters and indexes of the system,and constructs the test system grating ruler,force sensor,thermocouple,industrial personal computer and upper computer software.This paper describes the system construction scheme,hardware equipment and software functions in detail.This system can realize the measurement of voltage,current,power,thrust,positioning accuracy,temperature rise and other parameters,and can realize signal acquisition,data processing,data judgment,and print test reports at last.The research on the system provides a strong support for the test of permanent magnet synchronous linear motors and the development of relevant standards.
