基于改进梯度差分法的非金属材料断裂伸长率检测技术

摘要 本文对现有的非金属材料断裂伸长率的测试现状进行了分析,针对其存在的测量精度低,大多采用人工测量等缺点,根据相关的研究现状,提出了基于改进梯度帧间差分法的非金属材料断裂伸长率检验检测方法,本方法通过比较前后两帧的梯度帧差与动态阈值阈值来确定样品是否发生了断裂,然后进行计算。通过系统设计、实现及测试结果表明,该方法能够提高非金属材料断裂伸长率检测的精确度,并且实现自动测量。 This paper analyzes the current status of testing on the fracture elongation of non-metallic materials.Focusing on its shortcomings such as low measurement accuracy and mostly manual measurement,according to current relevant research,the paper puts forward a non-metallic material fracture elongation inspection and detection method based on the improved gradient inter frame difference method.This method determines whether the sample has fracture by comparing the gradient frame difference between the front and back frames and the dynamic threshold,then performs the calculation.The system design,implementation,and testing results show that this method can improve the accuracy of non-metallic material fracture elongation detection and achieve automatic measurement.
