室内质控电子化管理系统的设计与应用

Design and application of electronic management system for internal quality control

目的通过实验室信息系统(LIS)建立室内质控月报表自动统计和电子审核功能,优化失控处理、信息记录等管理功能,实现室内质控全面电子管理。方法通过联众智慧科技LIS完善实验室质控管理系统,包括优化室内质控失控处理模块,新建室内质控电子月报表功能,新建质控月报表电子审核系统。结果优化了室内质控失控处理模块,可支持失控在线处理与保存;建立了室内质控月报表统计模块,可按要求统计指定月份或季度、指定设备、质控批号等13项指标及失控处理明细,该模块具有显著的随机误差、系统误差超标提示功能。建立了质控月报表三级电子审核系统,实现了由技术主管总结提交月报表、组长评阅审核、主任评阅审核的电子流转与存档功能。结论建立与优化了基于LIS的室内质控电子管理系统,实现室内质控数据全面电子化管理。

Objective To develop the functions of automatic statistics and electronic signature for monthly internal quality control reports by laboratory information system(LIS)and optimize the management functions for out-of-control processing and information records,so as to realize the electronic management of internal quality control.Methods Our laboratory quality control management system was improved by the LIS of Lianzhong Intelligent Technology Co.,including optimizing out-of-control processing module of indoor quality control,setting up a new electronic monthly report function for indoor quality control and a new electronic audit system for monthly reports of quality control.Results The module of out-of-control points in internal quality control was optimized,which could support the online processing and preservation of the out-of-control data.The module for monthly control report of internal quality was established,which could analyze 13 indicators of out-of-control processing details of given month or quarter,given equipment and batch number of quality control as required.This module was provided with the warning function for random error and systematic error promptly when the control results exceeded the limit values.A three-level electronic signature system for monthly internal quality control reports was established,and the transmiting of electronic quality control reports was realized.The electronic flow and archiving functions of summarizing and submitting the monthly reports by the technical supervisors,reviewing by the group leaders and signing by the directors were also achieved.Conclusion An electronic management system for internal quality control was established and optimized based on LIS,which may realize comprehensive electronic management of internal quality control data and reports.
