摘要
由于用户终端、4G/5G网络设备和游戏服务器等任意环节的时延均会影响到手机用户的游戏业务感知,故若未能及时对相关影响因素进行提前预警和处理,容易因网络负荷过高或无线覆盖较差等因素导致游戏响应时延增加,严重影响用户感知。本文提出一种降低4G/5G网络手机游戏业务响应时延的端到端优化方法,首先分析游戏业务响应时延的影响因素,然后通过量化分析构建游戏业务响应时延与网络负荷、覆盖和干扰类等关键指标的关联模型,进而从终端、无线、核心网、传输承载网到游戏服务器维度开展端到端的优化,有效降低了手机游戏业务的响应时延,提升用户的游戏体验感知和满意度。
Due to the latency of any link such as user terminals,4G/5G network devices,and game servers,it can aff ect the game services perception of mobile users.As a result,if related infl uencing factors are not timely warned and handled,it is easy to have high game response latency due to factors such as high network load or poor wireless coverage,which seriously aff ects user perception.Therefore,an end-to-end optimization method for reducing the response delay of 4G/5G network mobile game services is proposed in this paper.Firstly,the infl uencing factors of game services response delay are analyzed,and then a correlation model between game services response delay and key indicators such as network load,coverage,and interference,is established through quantitative analysis.Finally,end-to-end optimization is carried out from the dimensions of terminal,wireless,core network,transmission network,carrier network to game server.Therefore,the response latency of mobile game services is reduced eff ectively and gaming experience perception and satisfaction of mobile subscribers are improved.
