大细胞神经内分泌癌(LCNEC)是少见的高级别神经内分泌癌,好发于肺、胃肠道、胰腺和宫颈等,预后差.因病变原发部位及分期不同,LCNEC治疗的目的和手段存在很大的差异.重庆市医药生物技术协会肿瘤罕见病疑难病专委会专家组在大量循证医学证据的基础上,参考国内外文献报道,经过反复讨论和修改,形成了本共识.共识阐述了LCNEC的标准治疗模式,为肿瘤科医师提供参考.

Large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma(LCNEC)is a relatively rare high-grade neuroendocrine carcinoma in clinical practice.It occurs frequently in the lung,gastrointestinal tract,pancreas and cervix,and is associated with a poor prognosis.The treatment approach for LCNEC varies depending on the primary site and stage of the disease.Based on a large amount of evidence-based medical evidence,referring to relevant domestic and foreign literature,the expert group of the Special Committee on Rare and Intractable Diseases of Cancers of Chongqing Medical Biotechnology Association developed the"Expert consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma in Chongqing"after repeated discussions and revisions.This consensus provides a standardized treatment model for LCNEC,serving as a valuable resource for oncologists.
