摘要
着丝粒蛋白A(CENP-A)是着丝粒组装所需要的一种蛋白质,对于着丝粒的组装形成和染色体的正确分离起至关重要的作用。当CENP-A出现过表达、缺失或功能异常时,会导致着丝粒功能异常、染色体异常分离或功能不稳定,从而导致肿瘤的发生。霍利迪连接识别蛋白是CENP-A的伴侣蛋白,介导CENP-A在人类G_(1)早期的沉积。在某些肿瘤细胞生长增殖时,CENP-A会出现过表达或功能异常的现象,这对于肿瘤的诊断、治疗及预后判断等具有重要的意义。但CENP-A在不同肿瘤中的表达程度及作用机制还需要进一步研究和讨论,从而为未来的肿瘤诊断治疗提供更可靠的依据。
Centromeric protein A(CENP-A)is a protein required for centromeric assembly.It plays an important role in the assembly and formation of centromeres and the correct separation of chromosomes.When CENP-A is overexpressed,deleted or abnormally functioning,it will lead to abnormal centromeric function,abnormal chromosome separation or unstable function,resulting in tumor.Holliday junction recognition protein is a chaperone protein of CENP-A,which mediates the deposition of CENP-A in the early G_(1) phase of human beings.During the growth and reproduction of some tumor cells,CENP-A will have overexpression or abnormal function,which is of great significance for the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of the tumors.However,the expression degree and mechanism of CENP-A in different tumors need to be further studied and discussed,so as to provide a more reliable basis for tumor diagnosis and treatment in the future.
