Research Progress in Factors Influencing Failure of Antiretroviral Therapy for Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome

获得性免疫缺陷综合征(AIDS)的抗反转录病毒治疗(ART)是目前延长AIDS患者生存期的重要治疗手段。随着治疗方案的多样化及治疗人数的不断增加,ART失败现象逐渐增多,严重影响AIDS患者的生存周期和生命质量。充分认识包括人口学特征、疾病临床特征及病毒耐药性等导致抗病毒治疗失败的相关影响因素并由此制订合理、有效的ART策略以及提高AIDS患者的生命质量是目前相关研究关注的焦点。

Antiretroviral therapy(ART)of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome(AIDS)is an important treatment to prolong the life cycle of the patients.With the diversification of treatment programs and the increasing number of the patients treated,the phenomenon of ART failure is gradually increasing,which seriously affects the life cycle and quality of life of the patients.It is the focus of current researchers to fully understand the factors that lead to the failure of ART,including demographic characteristics,clinical characteristics of the disease and viral drug resistance,and to formulate reasonable and effective antiviral treatment strategies to improve the quality of life of the AIDS patients.
