放疗是治疗中晚期宫颈癌患者的首选方法,而急性放射性阴道黏膜损伤是常见的严重并发症。在放疗过程中,宫颈癌患者阴道放射性损伤会导致急慢性不良反应以及病理学改变。故采取正确合理的阴道冲洗上药对预防放疗所致的阴道炎等并发症,清除肿瘤破溃后所脱落的坏死组织,减少阴道粘连,增加放疗敏感性,提高宫颈癌患者的生活质量等至关重要。未来有待规范、完善的阴道冲洗与上药技术的临床实践指南,使患者冲洗时更加安全、有效、舒适、依从。

Radiotherapy is the first choice in the treatment of advanced cervical cancer,and acute radiation-induced vaginal mucosa injury is a common serious complication.During radiotherapy,radiation-induced vaginal injury in the patients can lead to acute and chronic adverse reactions and pathological changes.Therefore,it is very important to take correct and reasonable vaginal irrigation with drugs to prevent complications such as vaginitis caused by radiation therapy,remove the necrotic tissue shed after tumor rupture,reduce vaginal adhesion,improve the sensitivity to radiotherapy,and improve the quality of life of the patients.In the future,clinical practice guidelines for vaginal irrigation and drug application should be standardized and improved,so as to make the irrigation safer,more effective,comfortable and improve the patient compliance.
