再生障碍性贫血发病机制热门研究方向的可视化分析

摘要 目的分析再生障碍性贫血发病机制的热门研究方向及趋向。方法计算机检索2011年1月1日至2020年12月31日Web of Science核心合集数据库中关于再生障碍性贫血发病机制的相关文献,通过CiteSpace.5.8.R3软件对文献作者、国家、机构和学科行共现性分析;对作者和期刊行共被引分析;对文献进行聚类分析、聚类时间线分析和共被引分析;对文献关键词行突现和共现性分析。结果近10年发文量整体上保持稳定;中、美两国发文量较多;Young NS的发文量与被引数均较高;研究学科包括血液学、肿瘤学、免疫学等;近10年研究热点集中在免疫反应、基因缺陷、端粒异常等;预测造血微环境及其相关细胞因子、外泌体及信号通路有较好的研究前景。结论免疫异常、基因缺陷、造血微环境、外泌体及其信号通路受到学者们的关注,趋势与热点的分析为进一步研究再生障碍性贫血的发病机制提供了有效的可视化数据分析经验。 Objective To analyze the popular direction and research trend of the pathogenesis of aplastic anemia.Methods A computer search of the documents related to the pathogenesis of aplastic anemia in the Web of Science core collection database from Jan.1st,2011 to Dec.31st,2020 was performed,CiteSpace.5.8.R3 software was used for co-occurrence analysis of authors,countries,institutions and disciplines,co-citation analysis of authors and journals,co-citation,clustering and clustering timeline analysis of literatures,and co-occurrence and summarization analysis of keywords.Results The number of articles published in the past 10 years has remained stable as a whole;the amount of articles published in China and the United States is relatively large;the amount of articles published and the number of citations of Young NS are relatively high;the research disciplines include hematology,oncology,immunology,etc.;research hotspots in the past 10 years focused on immune response,gene defects,telomere abnormalities,etc.;predicting the hematopoietic microenvironment and its related cytokines,exosomes and signal pathways,saw good research prospects.Conclusion Immune abnormalities,gene defects,hematopoietic microenvironment,exosomes and their signaling pathways have attracted the attention of the scholars.The analysis of trends and hot spots provides effective visual data analysis experience for further exploration in the pathogenesis of aplastic anemia.
