Research Progress of Metabonomics Related to Acute Graft-versus-host Disease

急性移植物抗宿主病(aGVHD)是异基因造血干细胞移植后常见的并发症,是移植后非复发死亡率的主要原因。参与aGVHD的免疫细胞具有特殊的物质能量代谢途径,影响免疫细胞的增殖分化,从而发挥不同的炎症效应。疾病进程中机体内各种代谢物质水平发生了特异性改变,包括系统性代谢物质和微生物代谢物,与疾病的发病与预后密切相关。靶向特定代谢途径及代谢物进行干预是一种新的预防和治疗aGVHD的有前景的方法,一些代谢物质也有望用作疾病预测、诊断的生物标志物。

Acute graft-versus-host disease(aGVHD)is a common complication after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and the main cause of non-relapse mortality after transplantation.Immune cells involved in aGVHD have a special material and energy metabolism pathway,which affects the proliferation and differentiation of immune cells,thereby exerting different inflammatory effects.During the disease process,the levels of various metabolites in the body undergo specific changes,including systemic metabolites and microbial metabolites,which are closely related to the onset and prognosis of the disease.Targeting specific metabolic pathways and metabolites for intervention is a new and promising method for the prevention and treatment of aGVHD.Some metabolites are also expected to be used as biomarkers for the disease prediction and diagnosis.
