脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A_(2)在动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病诊治中的研究进展

摘要 动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病(ASCVD)是一类严重危害人类健康的疾病,冠心病和缺血性脑卒中是其中最常见且严重的疾病。脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A_(2)(Lp-PLA_(2))是一种新型的炎症标志物,参与了动脉粥样硬化的炎症机制,是ASCVD的独立危险因子。近年来,对于Lp-PLA_(2)在ASCVD的诊断和治疗方面的研究逐渐增多。目前Lp-PLA_(2)在冠心病、颈动脉狭窄和缺血性脑卒中的早期风险预测、危险程度评估、预后判定方面已具备一定的价值,也可作为辅助诊断的指标,但尚未成为有效的治疗靶点。 Atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease(ASCVD)is a category of diseases that seriously harm human health,among which coronary heart disease and ischemic stroke are the most common and serious.Lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A_(2)(Lp-PLA_(2)),a newly discovered inflammatory marker,plays a role in the inflammatory mechanism of atherosclerosis and is an independent risk factor for ASCVD.In recent years,there have been many studies on Lp-PLA_(2) in the diagnosis and treatment of ASCVD.At present,Lp-PLA_(2) has shown values in the early risk prediction,risk assessment and prognosis of coronary heart disease,carotid artery stenosis and ischemic stroke,and can also be used as an auxiliary diagnostic index,but it has not become an effective therapeutic target.
