摘要
脊柱结核是一种慢性隐匿传染性疾病,早期诊断不及时、病因及致病机制尚未明确是导致脊柱结核治疗延迟及并发症发生的主要原因。蛋白质组学技术在医学领域中通过对差异蛋白的纯化、分析、表征、定量、序列、结构及生物信息学分析来探究疾病的诊断性标志物、疫苗生产研发及致病机制等。但蛋白质组学技术在脊柱结核中的相关研究较少。因此,对蛋白质组学的各种研究方法及在脊柱结核中的相关研究进行总结,可能为脊柱结核的诊治提供新思路。
Spinal tuberculosis is a chronic insidious infectious disease.Missed timely early diagnosis,unclear etiology and pathogenesis,are the main reasons for the delayed treatment and complications of spinal tuberculosis.Proteomics technology explores the diagnostic markers of diseases,vaccine production and development and pathogenesis through the purification,analysis,characterization,quantification,sequence,structure and bioinformatics analysis of differential proteins of diseases in the field of medicine.However,there are few studies on proteomics technology in spinal tuberculosis.Therefore,a summary of proteomics research methods and related studies in spinal tuberculosis may provide new ideas for its diagnosis and treatment.
