超声在宫颈癌前病变及宫颈癌诊断中的应用进展

摘要 宫颈癌前病变和宫颈癌是较为常见的女性疾病,提高宫颈癌前病变和宫颈癌的诊断效率能有效提高患者的治愈率,延长患者生存期,降低病死率。超声技术是一种广泛应用于临床的无创检查技术,包括常规超声技术、超声弹性成像、对比增强超声、三维能量多普勒超声。上述超声技术均有其各自的成像特点,主要通过影像特征、定量参数等对宫颈癌前病变和宫颈癌进行鉴别,可有效提高诊断效率。但超声技术诊断宫颈癌前病变和宫颈癌的标准化、定量化仍是临床需要解决的问题,相信随着超声技术的不断发展,其对宫颈癌前病变及宫颈癌的诊断具有更广阔的应用前景。 Cervical precancerous lesions and cervical cancer are relatively common female diseases,improving the diagnostic efficiency of cervical precancerous lesions and cervical cancer which can effectively improve the cure rate,prolong the survival period of the patients,and reduce the case fatality rate.Ultrasound technology is an extensively applied non-invasive examination technology in clinical practice,which includes conventional ultrasound technology,ultrasonic elastography,contrast-enhanced ultrasound technology,and three-dimensional energy Doppler ultrasound.Each of these ultrasound technologies has its own imaging characteristics,distinguishing cervical precancerous lesions and cervical cancer mainly through imaging characteristics and quantitative parameters,which can effectively improve the diagnostic efficiency.However,the standardization and quantification of ultrasound technology in the diagnosis of cervical precancerous lesions and cervical cancer are still problems to be solved in clinical practice.With the continuous development of ultrasound technology,broader application prospects are expected in the diagnosis of cervical precancerous lesions and cervical cancer.
