肱骨外上髁炎的非手术治疗方式研究进展

摘要 肱骨外上髁炎(LE)的主要发病机制仍不明确,其致病因素可能与肘关节的反复性活动、BSTU-Ⅰ和DPN-Ⅱ等位基因携带以及神经源因素有关。目前已有研究对该疾病的非手术治疗方式进行探索,包括限制性活动、物理因子治疗、注射治疗、针灸治疗、手法治疗、肌内效贴以及反作用力支具,并发现限制性活动、物理因子治疗以及注射治疗早期治疗效果明显,而手法治疗以及反作用力支具长期预后较佳。未来可以进一步探索手法治疗与反作用力支具联合治疗的前景,以期为LE的临床研究以及多模式联合康复提供更多思路。 The main pathogenesis of lateral epicondylitis(LE)remains unclear,and its causative factors may be related to repetitive activity of the elbow joint,BSTU-Ⅰand DPN-Ⅱalleles,and neurogenic factors.At present,studies have explored the non-surgical treatment of the disease,including restrictive activity,physical factor therapy,injection therapy,acupuncture treatment,manual therapy,kinesio and reaction force support,and found that the early therapeutic effect of restrictive activity,physical factor therapy and injection therapy is obvious,while manual therapy and reaction force support have a better long-term prognosis.In the future,the prospect of combination therapy of manual therapy with reaction force support can be further explored,in order to provide more ideas for the clinical research of LE and multimodal combined rehabilitation.
