儿童上睑下垂的病因学研究及治疗进展

Advances in Etiology and Treatment of Ptosis in Children

儿童上睑下垂是整形外科的一种常见临床症状,轻者仅表现为双侧睑裂高度不一,重者则影响视野和患儿身心健康。儿童上睑下垂大部分为先天性疾病,少数为后天性。上睑下垂作为一个独立的症状,其病因目前尚未完全阐明,可能与锌指同源框蛋白4、叉头框转录因子L2、微管蛋白β3等基因有关。儿童上睑下垂的治疗以手术治疗为主,近年手术治疗的思路和方法不断改进,同时聚四氟乙烯等材料也作为替代自体组织应用于手术中。未来,生物组织工程的发展,可能为儿童上睑下垂的治疗提供新的选择。

Ptosis in children is a common clinical symptom in plastic surgery.In mild cases,it is only manifested by the different height of bilateral palpebral fissure,and in severe cases,it affects the visual field and the physical and mental health of the children.Most of ptosis in children is congenital disease,and a few are acquired.As an independent symptom,the etiology of ptosis has not been fully elucidated,which may be related to zinc finger homeobox 4,forkhead box transcription factor L2,tubulinβ3 and other genes.Surgery is the main treatment for ptosis in children.In recent years,the ideas and methods of surgical treatment have been constantly improved.Meanwhile,materials such as teflon is also used in surgery as a substitute for autologous tissue.In the future,the development of biological tissue engineering may provide new options for the treatment.
